(Knaidlach)

2 cup boiling water
8 tblsp. NyaFat
2 cup matzoh meal
1 1/2 tsp. salt

  • Mix above ingredients in bowl
  • Beat 6 eggs in separate bowl, then add to mixture
  • Cool in refridgerator
    (make early in the morning, stay in fridge all day)
  • Form balls and drop into boiling water
    (use wet hands to keep from sticking)
