2 large onions
1 lb. matzoh
10 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
oil
- fry onions to a golden brown
- break up matzoh into a large bowl
- run warm water over matzoh for about 1 minute
- drain
- beat 10 eggs, add 1/8 tsp. salt
- pour into bowl with wet matzoh
- add fried onions and eggs to matzoh
- mix thoroughly
- Fry batter in oil, mixing and breaking up
as you fry. Fry until golden brown and
no longer wet.
