6 eggs
6 cups of grated potatoes
2/3 cup potato flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder (omit for Passover)
3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 tblsp. grated onions
8 tblsp. melted fat (NyaFat)


  • mix above ingredients
  • pour into casserole
  • bake at 350 degrees
