5 lbs. potatos, grated and drained
2 lg. onions
4 eggs (large)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
- mix together
- add flour, enough to thicken batter,but not thick
- spoon into hot oil in frying pan with LARGE spoon, but do not deep
fry (about 1/2" of oil)
- fry until golden brown
- turn over and fry other side
- drain on paper towels before serving
